English Grammar in Use - чрезвычайно популярный учебник английской грамматики, написанный учителем английского как иностранного Реймондом Мерфи. Общий тираж этого пособия - более десяти миллионов экземпляров. «The blue Murphy», как называют этот учебник учителя из Великобритании, пользуется заслуженным признанием как у преподавателей, так и у изучающих английский язык.
Книга удачно соединяет в себе и справочник по английской грамматике, и сборник упражнений на закрепление пройденного. Она разбита на 136 разделов (юнитов - Units), каждый из которых объясняет и закрепляет определенный аспект грамматики и занимает целый разворот: на левой половине - теория, на правой - практика. Все юниты независимы и могут быть пройдены в любом порядке.
